Refund & Returns
Thank you for purchasing our products, however if you are unsatisfied please read the following returns policy.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way (with original tags still attached).
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.
Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 business days for a refund to process and show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Policy
All items are made to order. Please allow extra time for delivery. If we are experiencing exceptionally high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery on these occasions. Please contact us should you require information, or an update on where your order is.
